Our return policy
We accept orders for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned/exchanged must meet the following criteria:
- Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must not be washed.
- Items must be odorless.
- Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
- Items marked as “Clearance Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Each order can only be exchanged up to 2 times. After that, it becomes final sale. No exceptions.

You will be refunded the original price paid for the item, minus a return label fee.
Return shipping label fees will be applicable for orders shipped for free.
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, as well as any Duty and taxes incurred, are non-refundable.

No, each return label is generated with a specific weight. Shipping more than the items specified in your return request can result in refund delays or packages lost in transit.
